IE 10 won't Accept Group Policy

At work we have a group policy set to apply a certain home page to every user but I have noticed when testing with IE10 that it is not accepting the group policy homepage, I have tried running gpupdate /force and rebooting the PC but it will not accept the group policy homepage. I know it must be a security setting within IE10 but am not sure what to change to fix this? If anyone has any info I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Are you setting the homepage via this setting?

Internet Explorer Home Page - Specify and Prevent Changing

    User Configuration\
    Administrative Templates\
    Windows Components\
    Internet Explorer\
    Disable changing home page settings

It works for me IE10 64bit with 64bit tabs enabled...
...but I'm just testing via local gpedit.msc snap-in
