How do I setup Mozilla Thunderbird in Windows Vista?

I have recently installed Windows Vista in my laptop. But now I want to know how to transfer my Mozilla Thunderbird account into the new window. Can you please help??

I thought Thunderbird was their email application, so just download, install, and use your account?

There is a program called Mozbackup that will save and then import all of your T-Birds mail/settings.You can save it to a USB drive then retore from it. You can find it here:
