    Google cache problem

Hi guys/gals i can't seem to get Google chrome to clean the cache . I am not aware of making a change so i'm not sure why it's saying skipped.

Any ideas on how to fix, thanks

If your browser is open in any fashion Ccleaner will skip cleaning the cache until it is closed.

Go to the application tab and make sure everything for Chrome is checked.

As per this Thread of yours.

Did you close/stop/shut down all open browsers?

IF you have Chrome closed as Layback Bear mentioned, open task manager and see if any instances of chrome.exe are still running. Google cloud print for instance will keep Chrome processes running after Chrome is closed. A Guy

All of them are checked including the internet cache and it still comes up skipped.
