trying to install as need this for facebook and you tube but when i try to install the latest version it says "action list not found" after trying to retrieve install. any ideas? thanks. ive tried completly uninstalling and reinstalling.
I'd have to go and find it but I believe there is a tool that you use to make sure you have completely removed the old version.
Have you gone back to the Adobe site to check what version you have installed, you should be able to find the removal tool there as well ?
thanks, i went back to the adobe website and found a link and was able to reinstall flash player so now have access to youtube! Facebook still looks a bit wierd though, it looks like old html with links! i take it that isnt a flash player issue? thanks for your help.
You're welcome glad you managed to get it sorted. Can't help with the Facebook issue that may be something to do with whatever site you are on at the time, hopefully one of the experts will be able to give you more help.
