I no longer see the possibility to comment on the Yahoo subjects

    Hi everyone!

I am not quite sure whether this is appropriate forum to submit my post.

why can I no longer see the possibility to comment on the Yahoo subjects shown at the main page?
In other words: When you open the Yahoo home page there are several subjects. When you click on one of them, you will see the possibility to comment. Now there is no any possibility to comment only READ the subject, even the general comments of other people do not exist. Is there a new policy has been taken on topics at Yahoo and became non-comments. Or Have I only been banned from comments?????
I have tired logging in my Yahoo mail, but this didn't make difference.

This happens for all my yahoo accounts

I was able to comment for articles 1 month ago

Besides, I have tried chating Yahoo care consultants online, but I have always been seeing their online page is offline at any time I checked

I would highly apprecaite it if you could help me with this.

You're not alone in this. Around the time Yahoo changed leadership and the "no telecommuting" fiat to employees, I no longer saw comments. At that time, I chalked it up to the ever-changing html landscape. Then, one time, I had signed in to get the mail and comments were available later that day. Unfortunately, that was not replicated. I use PaleMoon and add-on filters exclusively. Too troublesome to troubleshoot. This forum has also undergone changes recently. Some assets are not available to guests, like snapshots of problems. I would have to sign in to digest the OP's problem. Too troublesome to troubleshoot.

I suppose the basic first step would be to use the F12 key and click on Browser mode and see what is being used,
Also check Document mode and post the results switching Browser mode to ie10 it's possibly using comp-view ?
You might also try Internet options/ Advanced section/ Restore advanced settings/ Apply/ Then Check the top box-Use software rendering instead..../ Apply,
Security section/ Reset all zones to default/ Apply and Okay.
Close ie if opened and reopen it/ Test.

Thank you so much indeed for your kind reply

I really didn't find IE10 when pressing F12 key as this screenshot.

Also html file loading while opening Yahoo home page after pressing F12, then choosing Internet Expolore Compatibility View:

Then Check the top box-Use software rendering instead..../ Apply,
Security section/ Reset all zones to default/ Apply and Okay.
When I checked my IE, I found 'Reset all zones to default' is unactive(unable to be pressed)

Also, found 'the top box-Use software rendering instead..../ ' checked:

However, if the problem were only related to IE, I could have seen comments of yahoo's articles via
    Firefox.

In addition, this icon indicating to a continuing loading page in the end of an article is still shown me, and there is no thing shown.

So I think that I am banned from comments or something wrong else.
