Getting message "couldn't be downloaded"...

    See if you could add Run as administrator back to the context menu

    I've downloaded the registry file twice, and rebooted. Still not coming up with he Run as administrator on the context menu.

    Did you merge the reg file ?

    Test : create a new administrator account

    User Account - Create

    Then try to see if you could download anything from IE and if you have Run as administrator on the context menu
