Internet Explorer 9 cannot display the webpage

Hello everybody,

At work, there is a computer for a client i joined it to the domain.

Then, when i log in using local administrator account for the configuration purposes, through this account IE is working fine.

In contrast, once i log in using the client's account which is (Domain user account), IE doesn't open as shown in the screen shot.

Despite, i put the proxy server but still it doesn't open.

Any idea please? Did i miss step?

Note: OS Windows 7 (64-bit) IE version: 9

Try clicking on Diagnose Connection problems and see if that helps also since I noticed in your screen shot that you have FireFox, try using that
