7 freezes while browsing Internet

good day gentemen

i had this problem for more than week
and i sufered alot from it

but after trying every thing i could find the sulution

the problem happend becuase INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER
this happend becuase cracked virsion

the silution ethaer unistall IDM
or
run IDM >downloads> options>
enable :
1 :lunch IDM on startup
2: run module for monitoring in IE-based browsers
3: use advanced browser integration

restart
and make sure IDM running befor opening any browser

I read all the posts, interesting - will try those sugestions.

But one interesting things what happens to my pc. When i turn it on it freezes and as everybody posted, there is no note of it in event viewer. (normal ) But when i turn my pc on whitout having enhernet wire pluged, it runs normally. When plug in the wire, everything hangs up just in few seconds. Cool, isn't it.. :/
And normaly with wire it sometimes hangs up after few seconds.

and one more, i think the computer ir a bit slower , just a bit, but maybe not.
i'm running
asus comando mobo
intel cpu
ati gpu

tried stoping iphelper, no use.

What speed is the RAM running at? ie 1066mhz or 1600mhz?

Have you manually entered the timings and voltages?

For 1600mhz, they should be:

8-8-8-24 (the rest can be left on AUTO for the time being)

DRAM voltage 1.65v (BIOS will either give you an option for 1.64 or 1.66 )

Your VTT (QPI/DRAM) may also need a minor voltage bump with 4 out of the 6 dimms being used.

Have you tried running memtest86 yet?

Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Burn the .iso as a bootable CD or USB stick, boot from the CD/stick and let it run overnight (8hrs+)

If it immediately starts showing errors - then you can stop it. Otherwise, let it run for the 8hrs+ and see if it shows any errors.

It could be any number of things, like a faulty module, faulty dimm slot or simply some incorrect settings.

Corsair CMD8GX3M4A1600C8 8GB (4x XMS3 2GB) PC-12800 (1600MHz) DDR3 RAM, 2x240-pin DIMMs

That's the RAM I have installed in my computer I built. I haven't tried memtest yet. But I will check the settings you listed for BIOS since you what you recommended is for the 1600MHz RAM chips I have.

Edit: Okay I went to check. The settings in the BIOS are exactly as the ones you listed. The only one that isn't 8-8-8-24 is channel C, which there are DIMM slots not filled with RAM chips.

Previously before I set XPM from Disabled to Profile 1, it was running at 1066 MHz. Once I switched over a few weeks ago, it is current at 1600 MHz. Yet the exact same occurrence of freezes continued.

I can try memtest, but it doesn't look like it would be helpful as many others have done so with the exact same ram and it passed.

Essentially, with all 4 modules loaded, the system passes POST and boots into Windows 7 (64bit) but freezes within minutes but at random times. Sometimes freezing at the start screen and at others a short time after displaying the desktop.

With any 2 modules loaded, the system seems stable. The modules seem fine with no errors in Memtest86+.

Actually, the recommended limit of running only two ranks of 1600 memory per channel is per the official JEDEC specification. Intel and AMD merely had to follow those recommendations. As such, if you want 8GB of memory at 1600 speed, you will have to find an 8GB dual-channel kit with only two modules. Unfortunately, such kits are significantly more expensive right now than four-module 8GB kits. If you fill up all four slots with double-ranked 2GB modules (for a total of 8GB), running the memory at 1333 or lower speed is advised for better stability.

In short, no Intel or AMD platform can run 1600 memory at full speed with the tightest-rated timings with more than one double-ranked module per channel.

With so many others experiencing similar symptoms. It's starting to look like a manufacture fault/incompatibility with Windows 7 64-bit by having more than 4GB of RAM.

If the above quote is true. The only fix would be to buy two 4 GB RAM modules or take out two of my 2 GB RAM modules and go back to 4 GB of RAM in total.

This makes me sad.

First the entire desktop would be freeze, but I'll be able to move the cursor for a few seconds, then complete freeze. Used MEMTEST86+, zero errors. Using stock components on stock speed. My system is only a week old and it's really killing cause I don't know what's wrong with it.

Sounds like the typical symptom that occurs. Either that or a complete freeze straight up. What RAM chips do you have?
