When you have the USB Flash drive plugged into the problematic PC .

Type in the commands below and press [ENTER] after each command

    diskpart

    list volume

Does it see the drive there? it should also provide you a Letter for the drive .

    Try to run malwarebytes

    Download Link MalwareBytes

When the installation is done uncheck Enable free trial of Malwarebytes (see image below )

Update the definitions and do a full scan

The email software you use is it Incredimail ?

I already ran Malwarebytes and couldn't find a thing. Yes, I use Incredimal. I am starting to think it might be a problem with that....

It all looks good. It is set as the default email program. I will uninstall and install again, and see what happens...

I'm going nuts with this... still happening. Can I totally uninstall IE and install again? I'm sure that's the problem, otherwise, why would it start opening windows like crazy and there's no way to stop it, except turning the computer off, since it won't let me click on anything else while it's opening those windows...

    Lets try this

    Close all Windows .

Copy and paste the code below into Notepad. To open Notepad, click on . Inside type notepad and then press <ENTER> button .

    Code:
    @Echo off
    pushd\windows\system32\drivers\etc
    attrib -h -s -r hosts
    echo 127.0.0.1 localhost>HOSTS
    attrib +r +h +s hosts
    popd
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns
    netsh winsock reset all
    netsh int ip reset all
    cls
    echo Script finished.
    pause
    del %0
In Notepad, click File and then Save. Type reset.bat inside file name section . Change Save as Type to All Files, and then save the file to your desktop. After the file is saved, right click on the RESET.bat choose . Once it's finished running, restart your computer. Check to see if your Internet connection is restored.
