Usually means a video card driver needs to be updated if software rendering works.

Well the darn Vista machine I go to the CBS logs and try to open it an zip it and send to desktop but it keeps telling me it is a no read file and access is denied??

I tried it on my 7 laptop and it worked perfectly. Mind you the Vista is running a lot better now so best left alone or better still get my mate to let me whack 7 on it :)
