Hum this is a puzzler I might just ask around.
By the way what security stuff do you have on the machine?
Absolutely your main anti virus suite any on call scanners etc like Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware etc etc
Am curious because a lot of them have some unfortunate habits of messing with the OS and other apps. Also because a lot of people run more than two thinking it is better and nothing could be further from the truth it actually poses more problems than they are intended to prevent.
I am not the only one either who is not fond of having programs that do reg cleaning tidying up the machine driver searching etc as they are frankly not worth a light,
Well 1st i had Norton internet explorer 2012, after it expired i used Windows Esential Security like for 1 year i just changed it like 2 weeks ago to Norton 360. so now my main Anti-virus is Norton 360.
i Just disabled back up yesterday so dw, but i think the problem is b4 it. i think my IE9 is corrupted.
Just out of curiosity, why would you want to uninstall IE9, IE8 is so old Windows is no longer supporting it for Windows 7, they are only supporting it for Windows XP
i deleted the Internet explorer file from windows registry i had to go on safe mode, but it still launching internet explorer, whats going on? its not uninstalled it still appearing on windows update.
You can download it from this website- Internet Explorer - Microsoft Windows
All that should be needed is to run Windows update and IE10 will be offered, no need ti uninstall IE9. If you try to uninstall IE9 you will wreck the system.
