Unable to send pictures to email.

When I right click on a picture or file and then click on send to email, nothing happens. Then I am unable to open my email program which is Office 2007. I then have to restart. Any suggestions?

No error messages. Yes I do have Outlook set as my default. I do know I can attach them but the other is so much faster. Thanks for the reply.

When you click on the send to to send a picture, does the resize window pop up? Also, try the send to when the email client is already open, and see if it works then.

Confirm Outlook is set to default using this method?

Start> In search box type Set your default programs> Enter> Select Microsoft Outlook> Click Set this program as default> OK

    You can also try this

Start> In search box type Default Programs> Enter> Set program access and computer defaults> Click on Custom> Select your mail client> OK

Okay I have it working. I guess I should have had Outlook running to begin with. Thanks one and all.

I don't think you should have to have it open first, but if you are happy
