    Can't Reset Internet Explorer Settings

Re: Windows 7 O/S. I am pursuing the solution to another problem and in so-doing, it was suggested to me to reset the IE settings. When I click on to the reset box, I get a pop-up that says "Before you can reset Internet Explorer settings, you must first close all other open windows and programs.
The problem is that I can see or know of any other windows or programs that are open that are apparent.

    Hello Zuko,

You might see if after restarting the PC it may allow you to reset IE.

    Hope this helps, :)

    You're welcome.

You might see if uninstalling McAfee as suggesed in your other thread may help, and continue to follow up there for that issue. :)
