You have Flash installed?

Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player

Just make sure to uncheck the Mcafee scan before downloading.

You can try cleaning off your browser history with CCleaner:

CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

This can sometimes resolve some browser issues. If this doesn't work, check any updates for Adobe Flashplayer or downgrade to an earlier version of Firefox. Try another browser too.

Start the troubleshooting process here: Flash - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

I, for example, have no difficulty playing YouTube videos with Firefox 22.0, Flash 11.7.700.224, Windows 7 Home Premium.
