    Firefox 23 Beta 3

I have moved off of using the Nightly builds as I wanted a change but not one everyday. This Beta seems to crash quite frequently so in the crash report, I explained the problem real nice and gave them my email address so they could contact me for more help if needed. What I got was an email giving me a link to the released version of Firefox which is Firefox 22. I have since turned off that feature of sending crash reports as it seems to be a waste of time. Maybe others that are using 23 should do the same??

I don't know if that's a good idea. I mean, look at it from their perspective. By using the beta version, you're being a beta tester. I know that their response was lame (I mean, seriously lame), but turning off crash reports in the Beta version, Aurora, Nightly, or even UX Nightly means one less user helping them create a stable release. So I guess their response probably means that the only solution right now is to use the stable release, version 22.

Yes but it is an auto response by a machine. I did turn it back on after I moved to 22 for awhile and then went back to 23 with a clean profile. I doubt if any human reads those reports. If you file a Bug report it will be read but a crash report I doubt that any human reads them. They would need quite a staff to do that.

I am now using Firefox 23 Beta 5 and still getting Crashes. Below is what I got from Mozilla when I submitted the Crash Report. Look at the PS: This is why it is a waste to even send them.

Well after all, you are using a Beta version. I wouldn't expect it to work flawlessly; I'd be expecting crashes like this.
