Cannot open youtube or any other site having videos

Hi,

I am using Sony Vaio T series laptop with Windows 7.

Everything was working fine for me for the first few months. Suddenly youtube and anyother site having videos is not opening.

On clicking the youtube link, getting redirected to a site called http://www.parking.ps/

I formatted my laptop and have kaspersky 2013 antivirus installed. Still not able to resolve the problem.

Adobe Flash Player 11 installed for 32 bit. Checked the host file, no blocking entries present. Deleted all cookies and temp internet files. Still issue not resolved.

Can you please help to resolve the problem

Click here DDS

Click on Download Now button

When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Double click the DDS icon on the Desktop then click the Run button to run the tool.

Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs

DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

Have you tried disabling the plugins ? Probably the plugins added when you installed KIS2013 is blocking Flash from playing .

Can you share the other site that does not work? Does this behavior occur in multiple browsers? What happens if you try to access youtube through this link? Click on Hide My Ass!

Run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

32-bit Version OS Farbar Recovery Scan Tool <==== Download Link

Drag the FRST.exe from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Right click on FRST.exe and choose

When the tool opens click Yes on the disclaimer window .
Press Scan button.

Please upload both logs in your reply.(FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

FRST.txt and Addition.txt will be on the Desktop

Upload a File
Click on the Go Advanced button under the Message box . Scroll down to Additional Options then click on Manage Attachments in the Attach Files sections . Click the Browse button locate the file then click on the Open button . In the Upload File from your Computer section click on the Upload button . Wait until it finishes uploading then close the window . Then click Submit Reply .

Hi,

I have removed all plugins. But still issue is present.

I tried to open youtube before installing KIS2013. But same issue comes up.

Issue is across browsers. I tried with IE and also Mozilla. Same issue.

The recovery scan tool link you provided is for 32 bit, mine is 64 bit. Can you provide the link for that.

Problem is not only with youtube but with all site having any videos.

Hi,

Problem is present in all browsers. Getting redirected to www.parking.ps site.

I am able to open youtube from the link you provided.

Any site having any video or banners or any ad is getting redirected.

Sorry your specs say your Windows is a 32 bit
