Problem with Adobe 11.8 on FireFox and IE10

I'm having a problem with getting the new version of adobe to work with IE10 and Mozilla Firefox what's going on is on YouTube I'm trying to seek through a video because I'm trying to find a certain part of the video and while I see the bar moving and I stop it at a certain point it keeps taking me back to the same part that I don't need, and when I disable Flash on IE10 the video does play properly, but it doesn't have so many features, please help me fix the issue

I'm still running 11.5 since 11.6 - 11.7 have problems with IE 10 on Windows 7 at least on my laptop. So far, there has never been a single problem with flash player 11.5.

I'm not suggesting to downgrade to 11.5 since it has a lot of security holes unpatched. It's my choice to use it for the sake of stability. As a test, only if you have a Windows 7 or 8 Virtual Machine with IE 10, you can try using flash player 11.5 there and see if that version is stable on your virtual OS.
