    Not A single webpage is loading even when intenet is there.Please Help


    hello guys please help me.

    even when the internet connection is on, not a single web page is loading in each and every browsers. it keeps on loading. i tried in forefox,chrome and IE

    Cleared cookies and all but didnt help out.

    BUT when i connect using a vpn ( i use hotspot sheild) , it works fine,,.

    please help me out to solve it.

    hey vivek pecqurel, have you checked DNS settings. As you mentioned that internet is connected but, no browsing.

    run these commands in command prompt. Do ipconfig and find out the Default gateway. Then, ping your gateway IP address. If you are able to ping your gateway, then try to ping google.com and see if you are getting 0% loss or not. Go to control panel and check the network settings. If your ISP has provided specific IP and DNS address add those to the LAN settings.

    If no IP was provided, try this.

    In IE, go to tools==> internet options==>Connections==>LAN settings==>check the box "Automatically detect settings". uncheck any other box. Save the settings. Restrat the browser and check the browsing.

    In addition to what archer suggested, please check if it works under safe mode with networking:

    If it works fine in safe mode with networking then it could be an issue with any of the applications running in the background. Check this link below to resolve this :
