Trying to reset Internet Explorer 10, isn't doing it right

Hello all I am trying to reset IE10 because I downloaded it so it is enhanced by Yahoo, how can I change it to be enhanced by bing and msn so it can reset properly and not reset my homepage to Yahoo, thanks

I imagine you could uninstall it and install the Bing/MSN version

    Internet Explorer - Microsoft Windows

You could also specifically set the home page and prevent changing

Internet Explorer Home Page - Specify and Prevent Changing

    Manage search engines

Internet Explorer Search Providers - Add and Remove

Yahoo most likely installed a bunch of cookies when you downloaded that version
So before you download again after rolling back to ie9 delete your browser history/ clear the cache, which are Personal settings as well.

I finally just gave up on it, rolled back to IE9, reset Internet Explorer again and it finally got rid of everything that had to do with yahoo, and when I tried to upgrade to IE10 again I got error code 9C59 and decided not to re-upgrade, but my computer did let me upgrade to the IE11 Developer Preview

so what I did was I un-installed IE11 Developer Preview because it wasn't working up to my standards, I went back to IE9, I tried to install IE10 again and got the same error code 9C59 again and then I finally just ran the troubleshooter on my computer and it fixed the errors with Windows Update and I tried to install IE10 again and it finally worked and to make sure that I wasn't using the yahoo version I went into the internet options and clicked Use Defult for my homepage and it switched from my current homepage back to msn
