    First of all, this thread belongs in the Browser forum.

    Second, what are the names of the files that you are trying to delete?

    Third, if you are using CCleaner to remove Firefox files, do not do that, as this is known to cause serious problems with Firefox. Fx can handle its own clean-up processes.
