Enjoy Internet explorer for awhile there is no rush,
I can't believe at least one of these features isn't listed in manage add-ons,
Did you ever have any issues with Viewing-Previewing attachments or downloading files from emails.... this has been a hot topic in Answers.Microsoft.com forum,
    Cheers.
Nope, the only problem is...er...was (hopefully) the crashing. I went to bed last night with 11 tabs open (I normally keep IE open only while I'm actually using it) and woke up with everything still working alright. So far, so good.
    Sweet deal,
This information will no doubt help others with Avast/ bookmarked,
    Cheers.

While this person's solution was a different one then what mine was I figured I'd post on here, since my google searches brought me here after I also was having issues with IE10 crashing on random pages. Maybe my solution can help someone else. IE10 was crashing whenever I'd change pages, no matter what page I'd go to, much like the TC's was. After a few hours of searching and trying different things I had discovered that it might be that I needed to update my display drivers. So I looked into how to do that and updated them and now IE10 doesn't crash at all. So if anyone has the same issue but the solution that helped the topic creator isn't feasible for them they could always try updating their display drivers.

Avast free recently came out with new version that seems to have corrected the problems I was having (the previous version was freezing IE10 and the version before that was causing IE 10 to crash until I disabled Web Rep). I re-enabled Web Rep and, so far, I haven't had any crashing yet.
