This is a very simple process to move Thunderbird mailbox data to Window Live mail. We know that Thunderbird and Window live mail both supports EML format. So, you first need to export Thunderbird mailbox into EML format using ImportExportTool add-on. OR manually

Create a new folder on desktop
    Open Thunderbird
Select all Email or messages and drag it to new folder
Now wait until it add all data into EML format

After that import EML file into Window live mail folder using Drag n Drop.
