Hi hanan, welcome to 7F! :)

The first part of the error message indicates that there is nothing in the folders that it can work with to transfer, therefore it can not go any farther to complete it task. If it has nothing to work with, it has nothing to do.

The second part indicates the folder is open and can not be accessed if it is being used by another program while that is true. In programming it is considered rude to access another file or folder while it is being used by another program or else corruption of that file/folder will occur.

I will assume you do have mail in Outlook Express that you want to move, but your efforts can not see them. That needs further investigation.

For the second error re-boot your machine, do not open any other programs and only work with the solutions we have provided.

It is also considered inappropriate to attach your problem/situation to someone else's thread, it's called "highjacking".
If my suggestions do not help, please start your own thread in Browsers & Mail - Windows 7 Help Forums where it can be viewed by over a quarter of a million of SevenForums members instead of just the three here, you could point to this thread to show some of the solutions you have tried so far.
