Multiple IE 10 Browsers Reopen After Closing (MSN Only)

How To Upload a File
Click on the Go Advanced button under the Message box . Scroll down to Additional Options then click on Manage Attachments in the Attach Files sections . Click the Browse button locate the file then click on the Open button . In the Upload File from your Computer section click on the Upload button . Wait until it finishes uploading then close the window . Then click Submit Reply .

So you've got a clean scan and the only thing you should consider is unchecking some of the unnecessary startup items.

Ok. I have disabled the programs listed on startup . Is there anything else I can do?

List the ones you unchecked,
Then follow VistaKing's instructions.
He is an expert.
And one more scan can't hurt.

Here are the programs I have disabled in startup:

ITunes, Apple Puch, and Adobe Reader.

Is your issue still happening ?

As of right now, the TrueSuiteService application that is part of the HP Simplepass program is disabled and everything is working fine with IE 10. It's when the application is enabled is when the multiple IE 10 browsers open.

Do you mean in the startup tab or in the services tab? Because TrueSuiteService is disabled in the services tab.
