IE 10 Private browsing

My IE10 always starts in private browsing. It used to always start in and I would like to have back the way it was. Any assistance appreciated in advance.

First check in the shortcut properties if you have -private at the end of the
Target: filed.

If you do and you don't want it to open in private, simply remove it.
