    Is there anyway you can notify the right people at MS to build a fix?

    You still have not filled in your system spec's page,
    You have also not said what third party security suite you have installed along with any third party toolbars ?

    VIPRE Antivirus 2013 is the all-in-one security solution that protects against identity thieves, spammers, hackers and cybercriminals to keep your PC safe without impacting performance.
    From their site I would look at the latest updates from Vipre and see if anything would hamper Internet explorer,
    As this is one of their selling point is to protect your identity. (form fills) is actually a security risk.

    Absolutely not Vipre's fault. Other computer with same configuration works fine.

    Can you pls verify the correct settings (there seem to be contraindications online) for:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{89820200-ECBD-11cf-8B85-00AA005B4383\IsInstalled
    ==> "1" which matches computer with working IE10
    (changing to 0 made no difference)

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms\AskUser
    ==> "0" which matches computer with working IE10
    (changing to 1 made no difference)

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FormSuggest PW
    ==> yes

    You can try to make a new User account and make it a Standard user account Not an administrator account and test using it,
