Thanks for the additional information. This can be caused by either one of the add-ins on the browser. Please try to reset Firefox. To reset Firefox, click on the Firefox drop down arrow on the upper left corner of your screen. Click Help - > Then Click Restart with add-ins Disabled..

It's my pleasure to help! :)
Sorry, rorounicos but I see no drop down arrow on the upper left corner of the screen.

    Want to try again?

Try to start with a fresh Firefox install.

You can backup your current profile following this tutorial. In case it doesn't
make a difference you can restore it.

Once you have your current profile backed up uninstall Firefox and delete the profile folder
and install a new Firefox back and see if that helped.
    Thanks YoYo155

I just don't have the time to do that this evening. I'll give it a try tomorrow. Thanks for the reply.

Joe, you may have enabled the menu bar and see the old File-Edit-View, etc. If this is the case, just click on Help> Restart with addons disabled

Oh boy, I did it now how do I get back to where I was?

Still the same - 2 empty boxes.

I should have mentioned that it is the same using Internet Explorer.

Just close FF and reopen it. It was a temporary test feature

Oh, I didn't see your name A Guy.

    Back to normal now.

I don't think this is worth worrying about. It's only one URL that is affected.

    Thanks for the post.

Is it the same 2 boxes empty each time? On both FF and IE? Try this address, and see if it loads completely (close any popup offering pro service, it's a free web based proxy)
