Well, folks, I went thru the entire Clean Startup procedure and nothing changed.

It's possible I didn't do something right but I did my best.

Maybe it will straighten itself out on my first reinstall of Windows 7 but considering the work involved in doing that I will pass as long as I have two other Windows 7 computers, I will pass.

    Thanks for the help.

Just to be clear did you try a clean Firefox install?
If you did sorry it didn't work out for you :\ , this bug is certainly not worth the hassle of a clean install
    and all that it involves.

No, a clean startup of Windows 7. Actually a few passes at it.

The problem is not with Firefox. Internet explorer behaves exactly the same.

And you may note that Bill (A Guy) experiences the same.

I have a huge hosts file, so don't concern myself if something won't load. My experience is not a good comparison. My PC is locked down, lol. A Guy
