Grant Standard User access to Windows Live Mail on own computer

I can access Windows Live Mail as Administrator on my computer but would like to be able to run as Standard User for day to day computing. Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade designed for Windows Vista

Addition to first post

I found that under Windows Live Mail/Properties/Compatibility Tab I had Windows Vista entered still instead of Windows 7, and had not ticked Run as Administrator. I can now open Windows Live Mail as Standard User but it is completely blank i.e. the emails, folders etc. present when I access as Administrator are missing. Any ideas what I can do ?
