Grant Standard User access to Windows Live Mail on own computer

I can access Windows Live Mail as Administrator on my computer but would like to be able to run as Standard User for day to day computing. Is it possible to change user controls so that Windows Live Mail appears on desk top when I am in Standard User mode ? At the moment the default for Windows Live Mail access is Windows Live Mail

    Addition to first post

I found that under Windows Live Mail/Properties/Compatibility Tab I had Windows Vista entered still instead of Windows 7, and had not ticked Run as Administrator. I can now open Windows Live Mail as Standard User but it is completely blank i.e. the emails, folders etc. present when I access as Administrator are missing. Any ideas what I can do ?
