Internet Explorer Home Page - Add or Change
Were you able to figure out how to run both cleaning tools?
Or do you need step-by-step instructions?

pyro90,
In the capture you provided, the address shown is:
https://www.google.com.au/?gws_rd=cr&ei=RcNJUoPrGYfFkA
That takes the IE10 browser to aGoogle Australia page, offering a Sign up, and also an install of Google Chrome.
Anyone with IE10 is welcome to try it. That is not a malware page, or a virus redirection page.
Is www.google.com your home page?
Also, please press on with Downloading MiniToolBox
Save to the Desktop. <<--
Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
When the MiniToolBox console opens, please check the following boxes:
Click: Go
- Flush DNS
- Report IE Proxy Settings
- Report FF Proxy Settings (Only if you use FireFox)
- List content of Hosts
- List IP Configuration
- List Winsock Entries
Please post the Result.txt in your reply.
(A copy of Result.txt is found on the Desktop.)
Edit: Some extra info...
Why Do You Have ?gws_rd=cr Added To Your Google URL?

So do I, Britton! :)
Maybe Google is playing with us.
Take a look at the Edit on my last post.
Not to worry!
This issue is not a malware problem!!!!
thankyou everyone who has helped out with this issue the whole time I thought it was a malware problem I have looked at all the links provided and read them. every one here will be getting rep points for helping me out it just looked so weird the address every time I went online.
cheers :)
I now use www.google.com/ncr which makes the address just say www.google.com I found the ncr means no country redirect this issue has been solved thanks to all of you :)
Using your link in your question it opened the normal site,
https://www.google.com/
Which the only difference is the https is added,
Are you logged into Google services ?
Because I'm not,
Cheers.
