Can someone tell me how to stop files from saving to:
    C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

And how can i delete the existing files?
I can't open the directory with explorer becouse it freezes becouse of the large size (250 Gb).
I already tried with cmd but it says access denied..

    P.S.

I'm sorry if I repeat my self, but i couldn't find a methode jet or non of them fixed the problem..

    Welcome to the Seven Forums.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options
Once the Window named Internet Properties comes up
    ...select the tab named General
(if it is not already selected)
...look for the section named Browsing History
...click on the button named Delete...

A new window named Delete Browsing History should popup. Be sure that there is a check mark by the items that you want to delete & then press the button named Delete. Another window should popup showing info on what is being deleted.

    After the deletions complete...
...return to the section named Browsing History
...click on the button named Settings...
...reduce the value of Disk space to use to 8MB.
...click on OK to exit this Settings window
...click on OK to exit the Internet Properties window.

I do not think that there is a way to prevent IE from saving temp files, but this might also be of interest to you:

IE uses temp files as part of it's functionality, as do other browsers. In addition to what was suggested by UsernameIssues you could install CCleaner and run the cleaner daily or every couple of days. CCleaner link in my sig. Go to Options/Advanced and un check "Only delete files in Windows temp files older than 24 hours".
