I just tried watching the third video while at my sister's house with her provider, and the problem still occurs.

Was this her PC or one of yours? Are your ISP speeds similar?
Run Furmark and see if the images looks OK.

Is anyone thinking about embedding one of the problematic youtube videos here to see how it displays for the o.p. ?
There are too many Rugrat videos to guess which one and I'm not finding the exact ones they posted screen shots of,
Please post a direct link to one,
    Cheers.

It just occurred to me that my sister uses the same ISP as me (Sky). Could that have anything to do with it?

ICit2lol: I already tried that, and mentioned that in the case of the second video, the problem disappears when using HD quality, whereas the other videos are problematic no matter what.

Britton30: I took my laptop over yesterday and tested it. I'll run Furmark tomorrow.

ThrashZone: It's not an actual episode but a video of gameplay footage from an old video game.

Yes it was mentioned it may be ISP issues a couple of times.

Embed whatever the video is so we can see how it runs for us. Here's how:

try the laptop in the same location, same provider , if it reproduces the same issues then its your connection , if they play fine its the computer , which narrows things down more to find the cause

I can embed the videos, but I'm not sure if there are certain rules when it comes to videos with cursing in them.

My parents and I live together, but my dad uses BT instead of Sky. Should I try watching the videos with his connection and/or PC?

boohbah: I've already tried that, and the same problem occurs.

Without the video posted as a direct link to it or embedded there is little more than shooting from the hip as far as troubleshooting we can offer,
Worst thing that can happen is an Admin will edit the video out of your reply and possibly a following warning,
    Rugrat's cursing lol owe boy
