Is it possible to embed YouTube videos in PMs? I'd like to save myself the possible warning and embarrassment

Yes the reply dialog is the same as the question and or reply dialog,
Cheers. Although a direct link to the source would probably give the best objective results unless you have to sign in somehow to access the video ? Heck send both I do not have virgin ears or eyes ![]() |

There are videos posted here with the F-word, N-word, so I doubt you'd get in trouble. Tell 'em I said so if anyone has a question.
Example: Custom Made Sig and Avatar [14] |

Thanks. I'll PM the videos just to be safe, both as direct links and as embedded links

Sorry, had to sleep some.
Indeed the videos pixelate (the correct term) just as you describe in all 3 videos. Since all three are in-game captures, one thing it could be is they all were uploaded with defects in them. It is probably how the uploader(s) saw them too due to having lower quality GPU, the YouTube conversion process, or some other issue with the videos' creation. Another reason could be the uploaders' used a bad capture device/software or a slow connection. So my conclusion is you don't have a problem but instead it is with the videos, since I see the same corruption in the same places as you. Try playing any other YouTube video or play a DVD to see if you have any pixelating there. Leave a comment on the videos, maybe others will confirm issues. |

Almost every other YouTube video I watch works fine. These are a few rare exceptions. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing the corruption. It makes me wonder if the problem is with Adobe Flash, because all of the videos work fine when I watch them on my iPhone.
Thanks for the response and recommendations. I'll try a DVD over the weekend and make a comment if nobody else has done so already. |

I would think if Flash was at fault all videos would foul up at some point. I don't know why these specific ones play OK on the iPhone though. It may be it's such a small screen compared to a monitor you don't notice any problems? Just a guess there.

![]() That certainly seems to be the case. Quite a relief, to be honest. It saves me from having to go a lot of tinkering with my machines. I've still got to try a DVD and check out the comments, though. |

I had a look at the comments for the first and third videos and saw nothing about the pixelation. I still need to try playing a DVD to see if I have the same problem.

Remaking "My Music", "My Pictures", "My Videos" folders hi, OK, this is a weird one. I wanted to move the "My Music", "My Pictures", "My Videos" folders to another HDD.
