There is a way to download Flash, because I have a Utility that uses only that and without this result: Alternate HTML content should be placed here. This content requires the Adobe Flash Player. Get Flash
If you want to try this is the program that should work with Flash: ViewPower 2.11.zip - Google Drive.

PS. I managed to install it but I can't enable it in IE add-ons, it doesn't appear in the list, while in the control panel it exists.
