    Must have been a corrupt download from File Hippo. I tried uninstalling the old player and downloading the latest copy from Adobe direct. Everything is now running fine.

    If I use a 32bit Browser on a 64bit System, should I use 32bit Flash or 64bit Flash?

    I don't understand the increasing file size for each latest version of Flash. I remember when it was from 11.2 till 11.4, the installer size was around 9 MB. Now with 11.5, the file size made a huge leap to 16 MB. I swear I won't be updating anytime soon unless Adobe stops "bloating" up their software.

    Flash is the #2 attacked software (Java is #1) so it is better to keep it up to date even if the size is bigger. A little bigger size but safer.

    Adobe did say they would release new flash versions on the same day as MS Monthly updates. Looks like they have started that cycle.

The attached image says it all. If you have automatic updates enabled then Adobe will install what I would class as malware onto your system.
Hi not sure this is the right place to post this problem. I use Game Ranger to launch my Links2003 Golf Game. For the past month and a half every time I try to enter this site I have to install Adobe Flash Player 11.5. It is already installed...
