Indeed, ever since Flash Player "Square" almost a year ago (September of 2010 and updated in November, if I recall correctly).

Nice to see a Beta now available for x64 but the Beta2 x64 gave me problems on some sites necessitating the roll-back to Beta1 that I mentioned a few posts up.

New Flash Player Beta 11 (2) is out ...

Download Adobe Flash Player 11 Beta for Desktops - Adobe Labs

If you are running 64 bit Win, you need only install the 64 bit Flash Plug-in and Active-X for all of your browsers even if you are running a 32 bit browser (the x64 Flash installer has both versions as related to Active-X and Plug-in).

Don't forget - stable flash update also.

    10.3.183.5

Yeah, I like that but I prefer to be on the cutting edge and use Fx 64 bit almost exclusively.

The only time I drop down (probably not the appropriate word) to 32 bit Fx is when I use Google+ video chat.

    Hey thnaks

Thanks Miked it's working now and Airbot I take you meant keep the stable version installed as well cos I just updated that too?

But it's nice to have the 64bit IE allowing YT - wonder when the stable version will be out??

I didn't mean that. I only posted the stable flash has an update too.

Shouldn't be using both the stable and beta versions together, unless you're only using the beta 64 bit only, and the stable for 32 bit browsers.

Use just the beta if you installed it for both 32 and 64 browsers. Or use just the stable version.

Correct, Aaron. Never use both. You'll have issues.
Either run a 32 bit browser exclusively with the latest 10.X Flash Player or go with the Flash Player Beta for your x64 browsers and be stuck with it for your 32 bit browsers as well.

    I prefer the latter. :)

You should be OK but you might want to go back and do an uninstall and then a re-install of the x64 Beta Flash if that is what you want to use (I'm running it now albeit the Beta 1).

Airbot and I went back and forth about this a while ago before I realized that I should have performed an uninstall before installing the latest Flash Player. As usual, Airbot was right. :)
