    Strange message


    I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but here it is...

    I recently installed a game (Hoyle Puzzle & Board Games) which has some strange files in it's installed directory. When I tried to double-click each one, I get the UAC & then this message:
    "This will install the selected PICS Rules file into the Content Advisor feature of Internet Explorer."

    I clicked Cancel; but what are these files, what do they do & what will happen IF I click OK?

    i think it will block content that is not safe, dont click ok as you will need a password to unlock the content .
    its about safety, as the game sounds like a kids game.
