I'm a novice and short of a complete reinstall of my windows 7, sp1, 32 bit program is there anything else I can do? Obviously the problems stems from the MSHTML.dll. Is it missing. Can I replaced it. Thank you

Welcome to Seven Forums magworker and GPUHotz.

magworker, I would start with running the System File Checker

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

See if it doesn't find and fix any issues. If it says it found error but could not correct them, run it 3 times as mentioned in the tutorial. If that still leaves issues it cannot repair, follow the instructions to post the sfcdetails.txt here
