I can't change my homepage in IE11

    OK, an idea no one has suggested, uninstall Internet Explorer all the way back to IE 8

    See if that works, you can always re install IE 11, but I recommend only going to 10 right now, wait a while to install 11 :)

    I tried this link and it does work. Now i have my homepage back!

    Use the second option through Local Group Policy Editor (Click Start , type gpedit.msc in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER)

    Internet Explorer Home Page - Specify and Prevent Changing
