Live Mail Reply goes to Another Person

This only happens to one person who emails me. I have them in my Windows Live Mail contact list with the correct email address. I have triple checked this.

When they send me an email and I hit reply (or even reply all) this bogus email address is plugged in at the top "mrsa_scott@live.com". I have no one in my contact list with this email address. This is not the senders email address. So why is this happening? Where is this email address coming from? If I let the email reply use this it comes back with some error.

What I have to do is delete this when it comes up when I do a reply and replace it with the correct address.....once again just for this one person. When I asked this contact about this they have no idea what I am talking about.

This is most probably because the sender has set up a different Reply-to address:

Ask sender to check what Reply-to address he / she is using.

To check and change a Microsoft email (applies to all Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com & MSN.com and respective .co.uk, .co.jp etc. email accounts) Reply-to address, log in to your Microsoft email web interface, click the Settings button in top right corner, left to your name, and select More email settings:

    Click Reply-to address:

Change Reply-to address as you want to:

Thanks! I will pass this along to the person sending me the problem email and see if they can fix it or verify the problem.
