    Which browser are you using? For IE go to files and uncheck "Work offline". You can use hot spot shield if you are using firefox.

    You could check with your parents and find out what internet services have been purchased. It varies according to location.
    The ISP plan you have now might not be the same plan you had before.

So I got an message from my AV saying that I had an Trojan horse and i should put it in my valt, so I did. About 15min later my computer restarted itself, and before it got to the starting windows bit, it said missing operating system. I tried doing a start up repair, and it said it was repairing...
