Removing page elements using Internet Explorer

Basically I'm looking for something like Remove It Permanently ( but for IE, to remove certain elements on certain web pages. In Firefox/Chrome I could even make a custom AdBlock filter to remove things, but I discovered that AdBlock for IE doesn't have nearly the same functionality as the Firefox/Chrome versions.
Is there anything that would let me do this?
