"This page cannot be displayed" on IE10

I have yahoo set as my homepage on IE10 as I just rolled back from IE11 to IE10 and the first thing that happens when I click on Internet Explorer it comes up "This Page Cannot be Displayed", but I went to my options and clicked set default which is MSN, it loads up fine and I changed it back to yahoo again, this same problem happened, how can I fix it

Can you go to Yahoo at all ?
Did you do a full reset or just your home page ?
Export Favorites to html file before resetting Internet explorer/ just to be safe.

How long did you have ie11 installed before the login cookies got removed ?
I'm not at all sure Java is even needed in ie11 but I'm glad you figured that one out.
