IE: Can Frequent Websites Be Moved or Pinned?

On the Internet Explorer browser, can the Frequent websites that appear be sorted, moved, and/or pinned to the page or pinned in place? And if so, how are those things done?

Not that I know of besides adding them to Favorites or the favorites bar.

I would also put them into the Favorites Bar (with the little yellw star top left) and then enable 'Links' in the taskbar (right click on taskbar > Toolbars). Then you can access them any time from the taskbar (click on the chevrons in front of 'Links').

Pinned/frequent folders in taskbar
I'm curious how this option references itself. What I mean is there an editable folder/file somewhere, so I can instruct it what to put in this list? Because I recently installed yet another hard drive, and I love to reference them quickly. I love this list, and I don't like too many files on my...
