Few of our users who access their CRM site through internet explorer are facing issues. They are using Internet Explorer 10 with all updates applied. When they click a hyperlink browser does nothing. Same is the case with drop down menus clicking on a button that is supposed to show a drop down menu shows nothing.
Maybe attempts to make CRM work for IE11 is breaking things for IE10:

See if Add-ons are causing the issue:
Open Run (Winkey + R)
Type: iexplore.exe –extoff
Enter
This will open IE with all the Add-on disabled. Try clicking on a link and see if the problem persists. If the problem doesn't happen, figure out which add-on is the cause (Google toolbar was one I saw frequently).

Also, if Enhanced Protected Mode is enabled on x64 Windows 7, IE10 will have 64-bit tabs by default for IE10. This may account for this
