Welcome to the forums!
As Rawad suggested, a restart may help. Is this happening on all browsers or just IE?
Also, have you been here? : http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/
Try the IE automated fixes.

As it i restartedd too but doesnt working ..i think the server of my net provider blocks anything related to streaming of videos, Because i can able to stream videos im my system itself from other net provider. Thanks yo Rawad and indianacarnie!! For your kind reply!!
Which version of Internet explorer are you using ?
You might see if uninstalling flash helps, Flash does not update well I've found,
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Silverlight/ only Microsoft uses it and I suppose Netflix to stream,
Post a link to a video your unable view,
Sorry if some of this has already been suggested,
If using ie11,

Internet explorer,
Make sure Adobe shockwave flash element is Enabled, Use Alt+TA or Gear symbol on the top right and Manage add-ons.
Switch to Software rendering,

Use the (Do I have Java) listing on this page,
java.com: Java + You
See this for flash player troubleshooting,

Check your Silverlight version here,

If you see a Blue circle with a slash through it,
Right click it to Disable Active x filtering,
Also available with Alt+T or Gear symbol on the top right and Safety/ Uncheck Active x filtering.
I tried and having latest FLASH , SILVER LIGHT AND JAVA AND ALL yo mentioned above. I found another info that my laptop can't stream videos in my college WIFI/LAN alone. Other than that videos working fine from outside network provider!!!! Thanks for your kind reply..rawad, fantail, thrashzone!!
