Need a "dummies" way of allowing ActiveX IE

I am in charge of setting up DVR's for our company. The only method to access these is via IE: I have to give other people access to the DVR's. The problem is, most of them are not really good with computers, hence, not comfortable changing the ActiveX setting on their machines. Is there a utility that I can send them to run that would auto change the ActiveX settings in IE so they don't have to manually change the settings?
    Thanks in advance.

    None that I'm aware of,
Replacing one activate x content with another one is a spinning wheel :)
Best you can do is show them where the settings are,
Gear symbol/ Safety/ Uncheck activate x filtering if it's checked,
    Cheers.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums.

You could send them a text file to be merged as a reg file.

Or you could write a script using AutoIt or AutoHotkey.

If the DVRs are from a single site, you could also put the site in a Trusted Site group through Internet Options.
