    PC Online Diagnostics


    Dell has offer online diagnostics but i face some problem during the process. I have install the Dell System Detect in my pc that request by the website but still cannnot run the process and keep stuck at there.

    Anyone know how it work, need help. Thank and appreciate your reply.

    Oh i see, the online checking is for dell computer or non dell computer also can use but yours cant.

    Anyone know more about this problem?

    Welcome to Seven Forums lwj20314. It looks like you are using Chrome to run the tool. Apparently they suggest using IE. See the answer here and see if that helps.

Unsure what is causing these but has happened 4+ times on wizardry and once on Ragnarok, most other games don't seem to cause any problems. I've attached the files I received from the SF Diagnostic Tool as a zip. Can anyone help me?

PC Freeze Diagnostics

If a PC freezes, and nothing you do can bring it out of the freeze where all you can do is force it to shut down so you can re-start it... is there a log in Windows where you can go to see if there is an error code of some kind that can hopefully provide a clue as to why the system froze up?
Right or Wrong Diagnostics ?

While using the PC, Monitor at random shuts off, error code 1 long beep, 2 short beeps, video card ? My assumption is pointing to, video card, right or wrong ?
