To Devlin1888 here are the results of the runs from the two suggested programs however I don't see the uploads that I tried to make. Where do they show? This is my first attempt with Seven Forums. I see them in the preview. Thanks.

Both programs removed a serious amount of registry entries, in that number i would suggest they could have caused alot of problems, did you make sure you ran the "delete" part of both programs?

Devlin1888: I thought I had deleted the results from the two programs but just ran CCleaner and evidently I had not as it found 661 registry entries, some of which I recognized from the two programs. Anyway they are now gone.

Good aslong as you are certain the entries found by Adwcleaner and JRT are removed, if you are unsure, you can just run them both again and click the delete/clean button.

Can i ask you to look at post #9 thanks.
